Wasn't able to find the Steam ID. but heres my proof. Was on V1. Happened 5/15/12 6:25pm. You can see the name of it in the picture. I know a demo would have been better but you can clearly see players waiting for this guy to move. I have multiple shots if necessary and you can kinda play them in order and see the guy doesn't move out of the way. Thanks in advanced!
