Ban Reason Extreme Lagging
Additional Information I usually wouldn't report someone for lagging, but this is next-level-lagging. It's almost impossible to hit him and his movement would be better described as "teleporting" as there is not much of walking left.

I can understand that is annoying if someone lag like this and ruin the game but i do not think that one should ban something like that. Can any time happen that anyone has internet problems.
