Hey Sumned, and thanks for your report.
In the first demo (demo7.dem) we can see some blocking, which didn't cause any serious harm to anybody. But he did clearly try to teamkill.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th demos (demo8 demo10 & demo11) simply show him closing the doors by shooting the buttons.
(I see this as pretty mild rulebreaking since you're able to open the doors by shooting the buttons, but it does slow down the gameplay and might get you killed. And so, it is forbidden.)
