in my cstrike folder there are also "cstrike_pak's". what are they for? they take a lot of storage. can i easily delete them?

Nothing is showing up. Seeming as You have no demo, in which case I cannot confirm the player by any way which You've proposed, I am sorry to inform You that I will not be able to help You at all.
As for your .PAK files, those files are "Packages" which hold all of the data of the game. If You were to delete them, You'd have to re-install the game via Steam.

Sorry for the late reply. Let's resume where we'd previously left off. The new SteamID which You've provided to me is in fact of a player closely named as the one You've reported, namely, DxeeL; so it is most definitely the person which You've initially wanted to report.
Moving on, I've checked his chatlog. The player has precisely 21 lines of text (21 replies).
The construction, however is as follows: 9 lines of text regarding in-game commands; 2 lines of reasonable and non-insulting replies ;3 lines of unreasonable replies (connected with insults); 6 insulting replies, out of which 2 are based on racist insults.

Seeming as the chatlog of 21 lines is constructed out of nearly 50% of insults (whereas 20% is racism) I've banned this player for 3 weeks for now, but his final punishment will be discussed between me and the Special & Head Admins of Elite HunterZ.

I'm posting once more to let You know that I've discussed the ban length for the player after previously banning him for 3 weeks. After consulting with one of the Head Administrators of Elite HunterZ, we've decided to ban this player permanently from our servers due to reasons which I will not be sharing with the public.
