So again the situation with the previous ban"This player has been seen many times in blocking the path and teamkilling on the zm_4way_fix_v2a. On the demo he blocks other players" 04.12.2017

We don't ban anyone for playing from an alternate account, unless he/she violates the server rules again.

But this is the same account, it's just cheating changed Steam_Id.

These are two different accounts. He didn't change Steam IDs, but is simply playing from another account. You can confirm these two are different accounts, since both of them have different community IDs. No Steam account can have the same community ID and Steam ID.

Your SteamID and Steam Account Name can not be changed, even by Steam Support staff members. Your Steam Community ID can be changed at any time in your Steam Community settings, under "Edit my SteamID page".
