The demo shows him just standing still without any movements or taunting. So, most likely he was AFK. I agree it is not an appropriate place to be AFK, but anyway !zstuck could have been used to get past him.

Thanks again for the report but I will not ban him. If I see him in-game I'll surely keep an eye on him.
