Hey, and thanks for reporting.
I took a look at the demos and in my opinion it was enough of a punishment for now that he got crushed by the elevator. (He got killed/suicided.)
Also he has only got one ban in the past. Therefore I wont ban him.
Will keep an eye on him tho, for later possible attempts of breaking a barricade or other rule breakings.
