Hello and thanks for your report.

I watched it but this i can't tell if he wanted to get out of there, if you went out then it would show if he meant to block but unfortunately as you didn't i can't make sure he blocked you on purpose to get you killed.

However we will keep an eye on the player and feel free to record him if you see him in game, if he does indeed block on purpose he will quickly get banned.
