Alright, so in the demo you can clearly see the intent to team between heistheone and the zm. Be that as it may, the zm sailed harmlessly over the cts and thus the gameplay was not disturbed, so normally if I were given this case I would probably only give a warning to the player... however, heistheone has racked up something around 5 bans in the last few days all in relation to teaming across multiple accounts, so given these circumstances I believe that intent is enough to issue a ban.
