i have attached the proof of HakscH spawn killing when other at buying weapons while I spawned he also did it to me too but SEK an iApexX was there at the time too doing the same thing

Helloo..
Spawnkilling is allowed and is not a punishable offence, that's why we have spawnprotection. If we would to ban everyone for killing their enemies at spawn the server would be empty. As it's part of the gameplay and if every ct survive after respawn, zombies would never win.
