Hello and welcome to EH forum.

I'm sorry,but that screenshot is not enough proof to ban for such a small offence,because offences like rejoin depend on few factors
if a person rejoins to avoid death or if a person rejoins to make someone a zombie intentionally and this screnshot doesnt prove any of those.

If it was just a rejoin it's pretty much harmless and we dont punish for that.
