Okay first of all the ban he got is nearly a year old, second he didn't hack, he used macro which is a bind. The ban shouldn't have been permanent after all.

We need a demo of him using auto-fire macro to issue a ban, we don't ban players for duplicate account, we have a rule that says new account = new chance.
