Additional Information: Was checking out a possible hacker (banned by soph) and kept running across this guy blocking. Was too lazy to go through all of my hour recording for the instances of him blocking but I saw him purposely blocking at least 3 times and attempt to block a few more times but the users passed through him (different teams).
