I personally don't think that elevator blocking on 4way is a bannable offence without a prior warning, unless purposely repeated in every round. The demo only shows 1 instance and nobody has asked Relaxant to stop jumping on heads. I'm not going to ban him this time but will keep particular player in mind in case it happens again. Thanks for report!

	A player should be warned before banned if the infraction is light. This means that if a player commits an infraction and hence doesn't follow the rules he may be punished right away or be warned first. Please remind that an admin may not want to ban for one situation while another may do. Hence it's also up to the admins to decide whether to ban or not, it's a decision they take and you should respect it, not flame it.
	Each bannable offence requires a valid proof! If you want the player to get banned from our servers then provide full proofs of what he was doing wrong. For example if he was cheating, we need a demo showing him doing that. If you don't have one then please don't bother posting because there isn't anything we can do at all. For insulting you need to either printscreen a small portion of the chat or at least copy and paste what he said. We will use our logging system to verify if he really acted that way. So trying to get a player banned without him having done anything wrong at all may result in a punishment towards you.
	Is your request legit? There have been many things reported so far, so we want to put a limit to what is bannable and what is not: Bannable offences: Cheating Reconnecting Exploiting the game Killing teammates on Purpose Heavily Insulting/Racism Advertising (for other servers/communities) Severely bad Spraylogos Macros/Hotkeys/Scripts Teaming/Not following the game objective Blocking/Ruining the gameplay Minor offences: Light insulting (noob, nap, lolly) Light spamming (222222, omg, lucker) Stealing names Stealing clantags Temporarily blocking a person (depends on the situation) Temporarily blocking the main elevator (4way only) Light porn spray logos (must not show genitals!)

As you can see in the list above, lift blocking in 4way alone is not a bannable offence.

Alawy, ok I get your point, but you might be also mistaken. There were 3 guys blocking an elevator in my demo. I wrote the nick to ban of the third guy. These two first guys did it temporarily but the last one (with nick relaxant) he was standing on the heads till the elevator started get down. You know it ruins game play when other people lose their time to get up and catch last guys.

It's not a problem for me to read the rules of how to make a bannable request. From my point of view I see enough evidence to punish this guy. Maybe you just didnt watch my demo till the end.

Okay, I respect your decision. There is always written in your servers that if you see a rule breaker - make a demo and our admins will take care of it. Blocking elevator is a rule breaking. I just want such guys to learn the lesson and never do it again.

From my point of view I see enough evidence to punish this guy. Maybe you just didnt watch my demo till the end.

Liftblocking on 4way occurs every time the map is being played by little less than half the terrorist team, and I'm talking from experience. If we would ban for it via ban request, dussins of people would get permbanned within few weeks. The offence itself is considered rule breaking as it ruins the gameplay and admins punish for it in-game, but the player should be warned and given the chance cease his behavior.

But as far as I understand you made these rules ( u see rulebreaker - u post demo - we take care) for players to do it. And that's what I do.
So my question is - should I post the lift blockers the next time?
