Reason: Cheating/Hacking

Additional Information: Used his admin friend Loona or someone else I'm not sure to give him a speed boost to finish the maps much faster with impossible records.

Please remove these records of him:

surf_aircontrol_ksf | record: 33.67 s / 34.90 s (Min time you can get is 35.20+- seconds)

surf_mesa | records: 43.66 s / 44.70 s (Min time you can get is 45.50+ seconds)

Just ban Resollect, that's his alt account.

Hey @PaRiX, sorry for the inconvenience caused by this former admin. He has been permbanned, but looks like we'll have more of his accounts to ban.
