Hallo Timothy,

When your demo starts, you were already at the doors and they were already closed at this moment. First of all i can't see who closed it, just we admins see it in the chat when we are ingame and secondly it can be that he didn't even know how to open the doors again.

Actually you could have saved yourself and opened the door on your side by your own (see the pictures i attached), so i wouldn't ban him. I can't see him breaking any rule.
