I don't see what the problem is with that. he could be using mousewheel + up to do that but the left and right might just be him.
I'll see if anyone else things this is alright.

If you think that he does that with his mousewheel you have the wrong status here. It's clearly a macro, 100%.
 
I'm using mousewheel aswell, but there's everytime a little pause between it. Only if you have 2meter long fingers you can do that. So, there's only 1 possibility: Macro.
