I've reviewed your demo TSK, however I'm not seeing any bannable offence, I don't think that suiciding himself as CT is an exploit is it ?

Also I'd like to add that you don't need to make a ban request if there's an admin online playing at the same time (i.e. LosT, on your demo), you should ask him directly about that.
