Statement of grounds
1. Admin mistook my genuine concern for a, presumably, ukrainian player (you know, with the war going on) for a provocation and gagged me. Iirc, what I said in chat was something along the lines of "hey man, how do you do? with the war going on and all" -- to me, doesn't sound provocative at all, especially considering it's not the first time I express such a concern either. While obviously I don't expect admins to read my mind or know my entire post history, it still seems like a case of an overzealous admin who can't help but pick the least generous (and not-intended) interpretation of my words.

2. In order for me to ignore an admin he has to at least tell me if am doing something wrong. While it is true that I got a well-deserving warning yesterday for talking politics, the wording of the warning itself was something along the lines of, if my memory serves me right, "shut it", which I expectedly took as my cue to stop my yesterday conversation (with which I did comply) -- considering it was a different conversation on a different day, the warning doesn't seem relevant for my gag of today at all, the admin could've at least told me to not talk about the war/not talk to that specific player ever again/not talk to ukrainian players/not talk to Russian players/etc; even if I find such hypothetical demands tyrannical, they at least make sense to me.

Yesterday, as soon as the player you were talking to joined again, you directly addressed this topic again.

And no, this is not your "concern", you are trolling, try to provoke and did not listen to my warnings.

Yes, you gave me a warning with which I complied, and due to it being highly specific demand for a specific action ("shut it") I, quite expectedly, took it as a one-time thing and not a continuous, potentially even ever-lasting prohibition of the topic. Mind you, if it was, I would be arguing abuse on the grounds of petty tyranny (and given the implications behind your response, it very well may happen in the future), but here I'm only pointing out your warning not being as clear as you probably assumed it.

With all due respect, what you just said to my point may be reduced to a simple "no". Again, I mean no disrespect, but I must reiterate that you pick the least charitable interpretation of my words possible, even though, imo, not only does it make no sense in the context of the situation, but also it is hard for me to imagine taking the words themselves ("how do you do? with the war going on and all") as provoking at all, especially considering my firm anti-war position! Do you actually believe I would wish my fellow fatty hunters to suffer military conflict in such an unbelievably cruel way? No offense, but it sounds like what people call "projection", and it doesn't seem clear to me why the admin whose actions I question is the one who judges their validity.

Not only this makes zero sense on its own, the guy hadn't even had the chance to react before you gagged me.

You were having a heated (insultive) discussion the day before and the next day asking this question.

Since this thread got the "handled" flair it seemds I truly am stuck with no other admin. It's sad to understand the administration isn't aware of the term "conflict of interests".

If you mean my misunderstanding of your warning, ofc I misunderstood it! You literally told me to shut up, which I did, but later I find out you essentially prohibit me from talking politics FOREVER? What? How does it makes sense? Have you not seen my spray with which I've been playing for YEARS?

I agree, that's why I didn't let it go out of hand and decided to express my concern for a ukrainian player, WHICH I REPEAT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME ME DOING THIS (if there was a way for me to check my chatlog I would have done that for proofs). Now you are essentially admitting you had gagged me even before I did something gag-worthy purely because of your (admittedly poor) judgement of my character, even though the warning system exists. Why so trigger-happy?
