I will be short on this one, EH admins have worked together and run tests, on both V3 and V1 and we have come to an agreement that some demos can have a bug that will cause a no recoil effect on the recording. At the moment I cannot make public more info on this, but please know that you have been unbanned.
This bug was unknown to all of us, and unfortunately you where the first player to be reported for a no recoil on that certain weapon. I know that this has caused a discomfort for you, for which I am sorry. If you have any other question, feel free to pm me or post on this thread.
Last edit: Your bans have been removed from SB history, as both of them had the same reason.
