My request is valid because I'm a consistent player on the server and never had a issue but the one time I do have an issue I get an instant ban when there is constantly people insulting each other in the server and breaking the rules who obviously haven't gotten banned lol totally makes sense good admining.

I might refer you to that thread, it even conveniently includes a part of your chat where you clearly acknowledge knowing the rule.

Besides that point, ignorance of the rules is no defense, nor is "but other people break the rules too". If other people break the rules and that bothers you, report them just like you were reported.
