What is so complicated to understand about if an admin is on the server it will be handled on the server. One of your screenshots literally includes goga issuing a warning through admin chat. If goga did not issue further punishment to players on the server, don't come running here thinking someone else will instead. If admins are online it will be dealt with on the server, not through a report.
