I'd say this is more teamkilling than trying to team, I can see at least 2-3 people trying to knife him up, while it isn't obvious that the third guy in the demo who's name I can't catch was trying to teamkill I can clearly tell these 2 knifed the zombie up and killed those CT's on the boxes.
