While he indeed does show a bit of blocking intention,I think El Goblino was trying to get a more forward position to shoot the zombies.
Enes was the one clearly blocking on purpose.
Also,you got the wrong SteamID, this is the right one: STEAM_0:1:629638702
Therefore,he has been banned for Blocking/Ruining gameplay.
