I have reviewed your demo, and cannot not see something wrong about the reported player, except the fact that he's been following you round the map. Blocking is when a player blocks the path/access to a certain area for another player/s, also in almost all cases, blocking can be "eliminated" by using /zstuck command, so remember to have a bind on that command.
