Upon seeing my screenshots the player engaged in political discussion while using offensive words. Besides that you can see him refer players as "clowns" in an insulting manner.

Hey Stripe,
I, personally, don't see the offensiveness in that players opinion in those screenshots. To some it might be upsetting but it is fairly generic.
That said, I would be more than happy to hear SPA/HA opinion on this, as this is mildly political.
