The reported player's SteamID needs to be provided BOTH in the screenshot of "status" and in the "SteamID" section of the ban request please..
The same applies for your other ban request.

Especially in this case where the player's nickname is in weird characters and I need to copy paste the ID in order to find him ( I can't copy paste it from the screenshot )
