Report Reason Blocking/Ruining the gameplay

As i know from last time i had problem with guy, from my report i got told it is not blocking. But how about tha ruining gameplay? i see blocking/ruining - is it same or 2 difrent categorys in report list? All i know when tol to admin okey no ban for guy how you like this and i start to do this to admins. I got instant wurnings instant text- do more you get ban. I am no admin i do not have this privelege in game. So i ask for ban this . I will have 2 demos, in 1 he doing this for 2 stright maps(demo ofc is shorter) in 2 demo i owned him .. i can take him on nerv 40 mins. Admins can take me for 2 mins when i start and in forum last time got told no this is okey this is fine but me doing this to admins is eqiul to be ban. So how it be for this time? I make him folow me on ground i set him a trap and i know he is dumb potato on ground and zombies will kill him. Thast how i deal with hurt man at game.
