There is a lot to discuss here so I am gonna start with a simple thing:
I also mentioned in your other reports that with the demo,we also need a screenshot of the console after typing "status" in it,so that the reported player's name and STEAM ID are both shown,alongside with the names of everyone present on the server at the time the demo takes place.

Now on to your demo. You could have mentioned that the rulebreaking takes place at the end of the demo instead of me having to watch your gameplay for 13 minutes waiting for the reported player to show up and destroy your props.

However,after thoroughly studying it,I am glad that I watched the whole thing,because funnily enough you managed to catch more rulebreakers,including yourself,at the very first round of your demo.
Before this escalates and you reply with our "unfair set of rules" ,let me remind you that even when players from opposite teams are standing next to each other without attacking/help each other to boost,it's still considered as Teaming!

Therefore,player that's being reported "Stiffler" has been banned for Barricade Destroying.

Additionally, as seen in the demo:

You, "♕ SAD ♕" and "Uri_Dead" have also equally been banned for Teaming/Cooparating with the opposite team.
