It's hard to tell in this video if he is actually stuck or trying to block, both of the players weren't moving at all and unfortunately It's quite a short video so I cannot draw any final conclusions, I've decided not to ban this player for now, he has no previous bans for blocking or any bans at all, however I'll have an eye out on this player while on the server.
