The use of the Drive function is absolutely critical here. The player in question positions himself carefully on the edge of a box with an evil plan in his mind as you can see later when things unfold. He even goes fake AFK after a while to cover up his infamous action. Looking at his ban history it is perfectly clear for me that this was not just a simple accident. Of all the places he could stand he chose that tiny spot where he could do the most harm. And surprise, he promptly gives up his poor show when he got zombified.
