Additional Information: Colt555 and PokeY insulted in France and also wrote in chat france after i told them its a rule to write german and english only they told me to make a demo so i did ...insults like nazi and hurenzoon(which right written is hurensohn and is a german insult for son of a whore) and many french words i dont realy understand but beeing insults for sure i hear colt allready had some gags so yea...i dont know about the other guy

hi, i wont open an uban request because its a gag request AND an unban request (even if i dont really believe on it ). So, yeah , it was like around 5 am, we were like 7 or 8 players on the server, and most of us were french. So we just were talikng eath other in french, but no insults or bad stuffs just normally. U can ask Xylon (admin) for verification, ill post the server chat in the post. So as i said we were like 5 or 6 french for 8 players max and were speaking normally, then gummibar came on server and as u can see said : "2015-12-25 05:07:20 .gif<Happy-X-Mas>GummiBär stopp write french" , i replied by "2015-12-25 05:07:23 .gifColt555 lol ya quye des fr" "lol theres only fr ppl at the moment", after gummibar "2015-12-25 05:07:28 .gif<Happy-X-Mas>GummiBär german and english only" and i was like whos that guy why he cares about ??? I mean when i play sometimes vry late i often see ppl talking turkish , or other languages when no admins online and i really dont give a shit, if they are happy to speak their language and annoys no ppl why we should be offensive ? Aniway, after gummibar said "2015-12-25 05:07:54 .gif<Happy-X-Mas>GummiBär i can make a demo if he dont stopp" u see u wanted to do it gummibar BEFORE i tell u to do it. and why did i get mad a t him ? At that point i realized that it was just a sick mad guy searching for problems and wanted to see us banned. he provocates with that BEFORE any insult by me or anyone else. I hope the situation is a little cleared Klovn, that guy is sick and if i deserve a 2 months ban for insulting that guy he deserveres to get permbanned for me. Insulting someone in chat is a thing, but what he said deserve to get banned from the server. Thanks for reading

Hello Colt.

I took a look at the things you said, and i see what you mean. I've decided to gag Gummibaer for 1 week due to his comments about the terror in France. http://bans.elite-hunterz.info/index.php?p=commslist&advSearch=STEAM_0:0:32205658&advType=steamid

I also want to add that even though most of you were French, it still doesn't allow you to break the rules by speaking French (Unless you were like 4 players in-game and all were French) If other non-French players are in-game then do only speak the allowed languages (English/German) Regarding the other players speaking their own language, you can feel free to post a gag-request here, but if it doesn't annoy you it's not important, yet if you or someone else reported them, they would be punished as well.

Also you know well that you should not insult people who annoys you, or says anything that offenses you. If it's swear/insulting, racism, or something like Gummibaer said then take a screenshot and report it in a gag request here.

Regarding lengths of the gags, as I've already mentioned multiple times, it depends on previous gags. As this was your 21th gag and the last one being 1 month i decided to double it. As it was Gummibaer's first gag, he got 1 week. The things he said was pretty bad, therefore he gets a long gag despite no previous offenses. I hope you understand.

Also i won't ungag you, as i bet you know already. But if you feel the gag was wrong you can request an ungag and wait for another SPA-HA's opinion.

allright, thanks for your understanding of the situation, i didnt made a gag request at the moment because i knew that he will made one against me. 1 week looks fair due to the fact thats its his first gag on this account, i dont really like to see ppl gagged even if we had problems in-game, but what he said can't be passed out and was totally stupid and disrespectfull. For my gag, i will maybe make an ungag request later i"ll see, 20 previous gaggs can't be really forgotten too ^^. thanks for the time you lost on that sick case, see u soon.
