Strange, this will be looked into I'm guessing but he is already permanently banned on SourceBans for some pretty bad racism

Edit: Informed Havoc who said he will handle it once he returns to his domicile

I re-banned the player but the issue is that SB isn't connected to the servers so banned players can play and admin isn't working for anybody. Niko is aware of the issue.
 
That Negan person is a scam. He tries to pretend to be a person from Plague Fest who is also called Negan.
