not present in the ban list but when i try to join, it says server ban.
I was just afk for a few mins because I was in the washroom to come back to kick notification. now I can't join the server (1-2 tier) surf server. others are fine, I can join tier one and the 24/7 servers

Our sourcebans plugin covers all of our servers, meaning if you were banned on one you are banned on all of them. Are you sure this was the error message you were presented with?
