as i restart in super long time to do some home workout . it always a key the knowlege of technic. also any exesrise is for fun an make feel better mental health . as match you can do it counts and that all . no need set any fcrazy line where to push body limits. relax and just do as far you feel confortable(at start of journy) . As i have already strong mind if hurts i like it and you do not have to be some crazy musscle mouton . Dont put your mind in no need tasks like big results short period - i personaly f this mind set. what ever it takes and time i do as far as i like and thats all for me . first- bring your mind'' you will do '' and that the first you need work out, your mind.
