I did a search about Lag and Choke but did not find a thread here.

It is from 2009 but also GameBanana still references it.
Is this guide still up to date?
With net_graph 3 I had none lags and none chokes on your servers (but on some other servers).
Is someone using cl_updaterate or cl_cmdrate?
