This post I previously made was not a ban or unban post and I found no structure for abuse claims. This is titled under that section on your forum homepage so I felt it neccesary to start the new thread here.

My claim seems to be somewhat misconcieved, i'm accepting of the fact that my barricade destroying was wrong, I did not see that it was classed as a fully uncompromisable barricade once it's up, I understand that. It's more to do with the manner that Avollaj decides to explain things to me.

He could have replied as the other admins did on my previous post, in a calm and relax manner to explain the situation to me if I don't fully understand. But the fact that he used it against me so belittle my understanding. "You understood nothing of what I just said, but I came to expect that lul" is just cheeky, moronic and not needed. I know as a server you want your admins to deal with their players in a good manner, especially if they have never had a history of foul play, but this seems unprovoked and ridiculous.

Many of you will think i'm making a big deal over nothing, but on your server admins clearly state that blocking/barricade destroying/insulting etc are against the rules, yet he has insulted me and it's played off as nothing? This is not a case of "the insult was minor", this is indeed an insult and I have taken it as one. Surely of all people, the recipient of such a statement is the best judge of that.

Hi, Thanks for Your post, i actually agree With you on ur previous thread, That you actually tried to shoot their barricade just abit to get in ( not destroying it), tho i am not sure you did that since i wasn't there, but Presonaly i wouldn't slay you for that, i would instead get abit sour on the guys who keeps shotting back at the barricade and not letting you in, but yeah its not up to me

Ohh god here we go again...
Here is how it is there is no thouth that you where destroying someones baricade hence the slay and you where not the only one 2 other people did the same thing that round witch I also slayed. I keep getting complaints that I don't do anything about this problem so I was mercifully on that. The reason why I said you wouldnt understand is because you had alredy in my eyes stabeld a moral higround that said it was YOU who was in the right to destroy his baricade and it was HIS fault not letting you in (even tho you had 4 other place to camp). Beside I find it funny that you fell like I have insulted you or misstreated you when in fact I was the one who answered all your questions you had (in the next map 4way) about anything admin related and treated you with nothing but respect even tho you still tried to clam that what you did was right. And yes you are making a big deal out off this you take one sentence and use it out of centext if I did that I'm sure I could find admin insults in every admins chatlog. Peace out.

I'm not sure about the "Ohh god here we go again..." as you suggested I make the complaint on the forums if I have a problem :S
Admittedly as I said, I thought it was okay as long as I repaired the barricades afterwards. I was wrong and I accept that. As far as the moral highground goes i'm not sure how that conclusion was come to, I thought it was acceptable and wanted to know why it wasn't, that's no reason to insult me by basically calling me stupid. I'm not sure why you seem to find it funny that a player on your community was insulted, I asked you questions of what I can do to report it and you gave me the answers, that was fine but I didn't pursue the statement that I was correct in the barricade incident as I was more interested in reporting the insult. The insult wasn't out of context as I posted what I had said in our conversation beforehand and then your insult, it was perfectly in context with what was happening.

I believe there has been a complete misunderstanding on both our parts, I misunderstood the workings of barricades and you misunderstood my behaviour in thinking I was taking some kind of moral kingship. I do apologise for messing up the barricades and hope this can all be put behind us as I realise your insult, although wrong, was based on a non existant thing.

You have got to understand that this happens all the time players demand an explination every time they do somthing wrong and somthimes admin get tired of explaning, as I recall you wanted to know if it was wrong and I said that it was and that's how far I wanted to go with that cuz it was late and I'm only human. I was so tired of people breaking rules ( anyone that plays on v3 knows how tirering it is with all the rule breakers). I still don't see how you think I called you stupid tho if that was my inttention I would have called you just that, but if you sincerly fell that you where insulted by that then I apologise and can only say that you should relax a litte and talked to me instead... You could have done all this in 4way but whatever that's in the past. I hope this issue has been resolved on your part and next time if you fell that I am crossing the line by saying somthing tell me first and if you still feel that I'm a dick and not following my own rules you can come here and someone else will take care of it ^^
