I want to apologize for using a turbo fire method I was just messing about with my logitech macro, I was only using Tec9, I realize I should have used it on an offline server rather than a public, but I feel a permanent ban is a little harsh.

Hey Jonny,
usually we don't unban for cheating but since you made an "Unban Request" and you know you did something wrong and you apologized for it, i would give you a second last chance...
But it depends on the HA/SpA's opinion, wait for them to respond.
