In one or two weeks , I can't speak in game.At first I thought i was banned so i looked to ban list but i wasnt in there and i still can not speak in game.What can i do.Can you help me ?

If you can't speak in game it means you're gagged, for that you need to look at the comms list on our sourcebans.

First of all thank you for answer.In my chat-log i tried to speak English but sometimes i spoke Turkish.Maybe gag's reason is unsupported language but i am not in bans list and i don't know why i'm gagged.
