I can't help you out personally but as no one else has responded yet here is some other steps you'll likely have to take in the future.
There are no logs for spray bans and no way to check what your spray was or who banned it. Additionally the only way for it to be unbanned is by an admin in-game.
The first step that would be required is to provide a link to the image displayed in your spray so an admin can determine if it should be banned or not.
If the spray is allowed then you can schedule a time with another admin to meet on the servers and have your spray unbanned.
Keep in mind that sprays which are racist, violent, pornographic, or disgusting are bannable.
