BAN REASON: SMAC speed.toggle violation

THEY GOT BANNED FOR CHEATING, BUT THEY ARE NOT CHEATERS!!! THIS IS A SMAC ERROR, AN UNFIXED BUG THAT NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT!!

Its supposed to ban speedhackers, its used for the very, very old most basic speedhacks that were used when css got born, but it bans for alone for typing speed.toggle in the console!! Typing speed.toggle 0 in the console, it being the default value nevertheless gets instantly permbanned by SMAC. speed.toggle with no value is also instantly permbanned by SMAC.

It does permban you. Vindictive can confirm (and ThirtyEight)

But on the one side there haven't been any unban requests for that. And on the other side there is no reason for typing that command at all.
