Unfortunately this goes under "temporarily blocking a person" which isn't a bannable offense. He only blocked you for a few seconds then he moved to the site and let you up if you wanted even tho you jumped down. We will keep an eye on the player in the future.

in the previous round there was a similar situation

Well without proof we can't know that, but if you see him again record him and if he does this again i will ban him. But what you recorded for now is not worth a ban. We thank you for helping us catching rule breakers tho
