Installing a Custom HUD​

1. Right-click Counter-Strike: Source in your Steam Library.
2. Select Manage → Browse local files.
3. Go to:

cstrike/custom

4. Create a folder called hud if it doesn’t exist.
5. Extract the HUD files from the downloaded .rar or .7z into that folder.

Done — launch the game and enjoy your new HUD!

Installing a Custom Skin​

1. Same first steps — open the game’s local files through Steam.
2. Go to:

cstrike/custom

3. Create a folder named skins if you don’t have one.
4. Extract your skin files there.

Note about .VPK files:
Some skins don’t come with the usual folders like materials, models, or scripts.
If your download only includes one or more .vpk files, just drop those directly into

cstrike/custom

don’t put them inside another subfolder, or the skin won’t load.

That’s it, restart the game and check it out in action.

BUTTERFLY CS:S SPECIAL PACK​

I found a specific butterfly knives pack, that is one of a kind. When u want to have them in game, you need csgo model hands, so if you have css custom arms, it wont show with CS:GO knives. This butterfly pack is made as CS:S skin, so you can put custom css arms with it.

There are atleast 15 different butterfly variations, so you have plenty to choose from.

With first test to have my css arms i curently havr and Ultraviolet butterfly knife i found this what i do not like . Arm on full extand looks not good. Proboly depends of what arms skin you use. For me this is bad.

So i test other css arms with this butterfly skins. Results is same. This is why cs go skins is together with cs go arms to fix this issue for skin creators i belive so . Modules dosn't match . Or it shouf be butterfly knife skins together with arms to instal for a fix.

So i return to my StatTrak____Butterfly_Knife_Sapphire_-_FN. The difrence in this skin, arms is slighty shoter to be equipt with butterfly knife and knifing with full extand arrm it dosn't show missing skin veiw module. But yes it can't be euqipt with cs arms skin . This what makes hard to find perfect cs go butterfly knife with modificate css arms.

Yes, its not perfect. But for me its not big issue, i guess it depends on resolution probably.

MY CUSTOM CS:S GUI​

I took away some of the best features from different huds, to combine it to one that suits my needs the most. Feel free to try it out.
