I can only see PaiN in that demo so I can only punish him. He got no ban records yet but I already noted him in my personal logs (means he already got warned/kicked for blocking). Therefore I can extend it to 2 days. For 2 months he has to keep breaking those rules.

Seems it was just some kind of sarcasm regarding the previous message of Hermanos, so it was obviously not directed to you. During scrolling through the logs I saw worse insults from others and that little reaction to 3Hermanos is not worth a gag.

He played the first time on the server and apart from shithead this was the only insult till now. Nobody ever warned him to stop insulting. I think we can give him a further chance to keep calm next time but maybe we wont see him again anyway.

It gets punished, as i said i warned him (what is the first stage before a punishment). A real punishment will follow if it gets too much or if he uses worse insults. Other admins might react a bit earlier than me but this is what i personally consider a reasonable reaction.
