Hi

Look, the forum wont let me post in unban thing section nor let me use copy paste.. not my fault huh

BANLINK: search for azulshiva in sorce bans....

Ban reason:
rejoining: rejoining my as, my game was bugged couldnt see my guns, crosshair only, and there was 10 zombs and 4 camping cts i had 2k hp nobody shootin me, go figure
insulting admin: saying stfu and trying to explain my game was bugged to some guy called bubbles cos he complained about my so called "rejoining"

DOES HE EVEN HAVE A DEMO?? I BET NOT!!

this kid john locke reported me for cade destroying, so bibbles said hed ban me if he see me rofls. GG on cade destroying, guy next to johnny boy in the camp turned zomb, so i threw a nade and then AZUL TEAMKILLER CADE DESTROYER, go figure
Check the chatlogs on john locke that round on cbble, around 17:40, apropos insulting, ull know when uve read it, bubbly lets out a warning for cade destroying after hearing him flame, and bans for stfu.
And guess what, round before that john locke was blocking me as if he got payed for it teamkilling me twice and doorclosing all the way. Unfortunately i keep overwriting my demos..

this is how it sums up, admins with their head up their ass banning me for nothing, next thing i know is i got 10 bans on record and i get a permban for a simple doorclose on tunnel.

hello

rather have a admin on friend list on steam then rage and do stupid things that gets you banned.... so you can msg him for blockers etc..
like rage at the admin, that is like asking for a ban.
also insulting admin in the unban request, just declined instantly.
admins can ban for what they see and do not need a demo except for hacks and such serious things that gets permban or things that needs proof.
now for your issues ingame with bugs and simmular please tell before you rejoin so admin is aware if they are there.
if you throw a nade at a cade where a ct is behind you are cade breaking

considering the info right now with previous ban for cade breaking and admin insult id say the ban is fair

I would really love to insult him right now considering the circumstances. Gimme 1 reason why the ban is fair. Insulting: no. Insulting admin: i had no idea that kid was admin. Rejoining: I did say i was bugging BEFORE and AFTER i rejoined.

Another thing: Checking chatlogs. Ive reportet serious flamers, unbearable racists and bullies several times (at the same time they were playing) and nobody cared. I mean nobody. They came up with excuses, saying its not the admins job, they dont know how to do that, they busy, just post it on forum... Now I get banned for nothing, and ur checking my chatlogs :D im an angel compared to lots of other ppl so srsly get over it

By the judgement of 90% of zomb hunters I know, the admins EH has been recruiting in the past months are "exploits", "abusers", "teamkilling retards" IVE HEARD EVERYTHING from light to serious offences and rage concerning the new admins. Nobody likes them. They dont wear tags, they dont punish teamkillers, they dont care about flamers, and they banhammer and slay when they shouldnt. Maybe listen to majority and check again at whos banning who. And seriously check bubbles reaction to John Lockes offencive flaming the same round, COS ITS EPIC!! Trust me when I tell u if I had a demo of that last round, and the teamkilling heaven before that, the admins actions wouldve been embarrassing.

If you keep me banned the only lesson you can expect me to take from this is to RECORD DEMOS EVERYTIME, and NOT OVERWIRTE THE LAST ROUND WITH THE NEW ROUND.

But the best way right now would be to calm down and wait for Boubble's reply if you want to sort this out smoothly.

I know I rage, I know its wrong, I try not too, if ppl wouldnt play like azzlacks, teamkilling on purpose, I would have fun and I would never rage or flame or anything, trust me when I tell you.

Its funny though, I get banned unjustly, you take a look at the chatlogs, he flames, keep him banned. If i report somebody much worse nobody cares.
At least change the ban reason cos stfu is no offence and im not gonna warn ppl that I rejoin when I dont see any admins online.. anyway, who bans for rejoining with 4cts and 10zombs..

Anyway if you would ban everyone like this for language, your servers would be half empty.. Go V2 for lulz, ban everyone that sais anything worse then "faggot", youll be banning 10 people per round, trust me when I tell you. Ban the teamkillers, cade destroyers, porn sprayers, doorclosers too, and next round there will be but 10 people on the server.

Suggestions :)
1. Ban for language systematically not randomly.
2. Either be more careful when recruiting new admins (cos everyones complaining), or use Source TV so everything will be recorded, or do not reban for numerous bans.

Since disconnecting as last zomb is allowed (everyone with KD5+ is disconnecting passionately), banning for rejoin with a 30s server rejoin protection doesnt make sense..

Are you asking for a permanent ban or requesting an unban? Because I find it hard to figure out.
Change your attitude, and make a new unban request when you've learned from your mistakes.

I don't have anything to say here cause I don't play zm so much but sometimes ppl may just get an other chance and try not to waste it this time. No idea if it is a permban or not, I just try to give a solution. Good night.
 
I'm sorry for going a bit offtopic here, but I just have to say this. I really wish that everyone, when writing something serious, writes it like Shivas last post. It makes it so much easier to read.

To avoid going offtopic I guess I'll put my two cents in:

First of all, admins do care. I don't know how it's with other admins, but whenever I get a message from someone about rulebreaking in our servers, I act immediately. But, it's not always that I see this messages. Sometimes I'm not by my computer, or I'm watching a movie and it may seem like I'm ignoring you, but thats not the case.

Secondly, a three day ban for "rejoining + admin insult" (with only 1 previous ban) seems a bit harsh, but every admin has their own standards (to a limit). However, its not totally uncalled for. Your chatlog is bannable. I have to agree with you about the rejoining part though. I would not have banned you for rejoining if what you said really is true. In my opinion, rejoining should only be banned if it affects other. As you explained, it seemed like you were not getting shot at, nor having any part of the game whatsoever.

Finally, inappropriate language, doorclosing, cade destroyring, etc. are not "directly" bannable. We have to warn first, kick later and then ban. But, if it's someone who we know has played on our servers for a long time and understands the rules and consequences we may take action.

If you had written your first post like you did your last, without flaming anyone or unnecessarily commenting on their sex life and just asked for a shorter ban length, I would be really surprised if he hadn't done so.

He rejoined repeatedly even after I told him not to. He rejoined several times straight after he got infected.
I have absolutely no tolerance when we're talking about insulting admins and members. If they don't stop insulting after being warned, I ban for 3 days.
To be honest, I would have considered changing the ban length to 1 day, but since he commented on my sex life I won't even consider that now.

YOU LYING CUNT!! Thats all BULLSHIT and u know it, scumbags like you should get rid from the servers and the forums, ur a fucking disgrace and humiliation to what EH once used to be. Just like dozens of ppl from ex, fl, dh and whatnot say, the new admins are a bunch of assholes, and boubble is the biggest prick i ever seen on EH. Admin abuse, deliberately trying to get someone banned unjustily by lying, theres no other word for it then asshole. EH is soon about to become something like that clan WCFAN, and these guys give molesting pedophiles admin rights and when I reported it I got a permban.

I hope u appreciate my honesty, if i dont say boubble is a prick, noone will notice, but he is one.. last time i tried to convince ppl, that was back in wcfan, i got a permban and reban on 2nd account. Hope u do better then wcfan..
 
I extend the ban by 1 week.
Watch your language if you don't want another (permanent) ban.

However, after talking to Boubble he agreed that this thread can be locked as it's leading nowhere. Plus, it will prevent AzulShiva from being permbanned probably.
