There were other admins in the server at the time she said that,so they could've muted her or gag her it they saw fit. I can be here every minute of the day to see if someone says something bad.

First of all admins changing name/picture is their own choice.

Second your gag was fair, but the other player should have been gagged for insult as well, the admin could have been away at the time, but you could tell him to check the chat when he got back.

I gagged pootsie tootsie for 2 days due to her insults and inappropriate language.

I don't know if it's the case here, but admins must treat all players the same way. Just to make sure it's understood. It's kinda surprising that my gag was the first she got.
