Hey shitter,
you got gagged as well as the other dude, because you were insulting each other and did not stop after i warned you.
Since you admitted insulting, i see this abuse report as invalid.

PS: You did not get another gag, i extended it, because it is your third, all three for insulting.

Yea and why i should let myself insult i just startet the game and he told me anyhting with rape my mohter or somehting like that, and u think i let me say that??? so its a normal thing to insult back. so u should chatban only him because he did start with that. i just did protect myself and that should be allowed. !!!
 
I understand that you get angry, but no, you are not allowed to insult him back, thats why you both got gagged.

Frankly you got let off easy with only a 2 hour gag, and I wish I didn't have to explain common sense but no it is obviously not ok to break rules because someone else is doing the same.

After the other player started with the rape talk dhoudz sent two indirect warnings regarding the insulting

Initially, you called for an admin which is fine, but after not getting what you wanted in the next 10 seconds and the other player telling you to "relax" you jumped in with far harsher words toward the other player. At this time dhoudz sent a further 7 indirect warnings about insulting in the chat

And after all of that, you still join while your gag is active and you change your name to continue to attack the same player that you were insulting to start this whole thing

Nobody is saying that what the other player said is ok, and that other player was warned and gagged for their behavior. But it is also not ok to respond to poor behavior with your own poor behavior and expect it to be ok because you didn't start it. You responded to an insult by immediately resorting to worse insults, and are upset that you were punished for it, but responding in kind to poor behavior is still poor behavior. Insulting is insulting whether you started it or somebody else did, and you were appropriately punished for your own behavior and your punishment was appropriately increased based on your own past behavior. I hope you understand what I'm saying here and can take this as a small moment of self-reflection because this is not a case of not understanding what happened or a case of "the people with power are always right". You used extreme insults directed at another player, and you were appropriately punished for it, that's the story, that's what happened here, don't try to pretend to yourself that you did no wrong or your own actions were justified, they weren't, so in future please behave yourself better while playing on our servers
