Admin's Name: Hige

Time and date: 17:30-18:00

Description: Just had a longer conflict with "rambow". After I insulted rambow with "******", I really used stars^^, I got muted. That was ok.
I joined another server and they followed by coincidence, I just said that rambow is bad, just as he said to me. I got muted again. - not ok. I rejoined in rage, said that its not ok and got muted again. Just like 1 minute later I got ungagged. I said that if he mutes me 1 more time I´ll report him. I didn´t insult or break the rules in any way. --> Mute
oh wait, reason was: I annoy him and he mutes people who annoy him. Ofc Rambow did not get muted, although he also provocated me. But Hige wouldn´t mute his friend.
Made 3 screens of the unfair ones, if Hige says that it didn´t happen. Cant find them in the folders to attach them, but if necessary, I´ll search them.

First of all, you were annoying as hell and trying to hide your insults with "***" won't change anything.
The second thing is, I did not muted Rambow because he is "my friend". He is an Admin and you got muted by him.
Next time calm down and dont be offensive (even not with ***).
Btw don't rejoin to avoid punishments.

Just read what I´ve written Hige. The first mute for the "*****" insults was ok. Then I joined another server which you two joined as well.
I didnt insult or break the rules again in any way. --> 3 more mutes. So it was unfair. And it wasn´t you? Why did you say that: "2013-11-04 17:57:22 wenn du nervst, dann mute ich dich." ? (If you annoy me, I´ll mute you.) Ofcourse I thought that it was you.
Especially because Rambow said that he isn´t admin, so he lied. Probably because he knew that it wasn´t ok.
And I will certainly rejoin to avoid unfair punishments.

So obviously this abuse report is for Rambow, even if he said that he wasn´t it.

Ofc you would also mute me because you have to protect your friend. I think it´s up to the other admins/members to decide that now.

By the way, dont make a report about an admin without having real proofs, because you say that you got pics, and i would like to see them. I mean, u reported hige, without even knowing who was gagging you, who as ive rode, was rambo. And ye, youre raging and insulting people all day long, so i would have gagged you too. Cant tell about the second part (when they joined you in another sv) because i dont understand german.

If somebody doesn't know, kunta is an admin, and might be an eh clan member I'm not sure. I highlighted just these lines, but there are 27 pages for you guys to see. Some of them are in german so I pass. Is this some kind of a theater? You treat most of people bad, and when an admin treated you ONCE (MAYBE) not fair, you make a report and making stories of his friendships and such? You should get banned for being so provocative, and insult towards admin/s and other players.

@winter: Did I decide not to give those people admin rights? Do you believe that I think that I could decide? No, so don´t come up with something like that.
Tell me, are you serious? Even Hige says that I got muted, so why do you need proofs? Your comment is completely useless.
And winter, I said it´s okay to mute me for the first part it´s the third time I have to say this. And I didn´t complain about it.

niklon, you should know that blue and kunta are my friends, we insult each other all day long, but we are not serious.
I can just say you im not wildly insulting everyone, most of them are "friends" ;p That´s why I never got banned or kicked for it. You need to read the context^^
But where´s the problem muting/banning me for some real insults? I admit, I really insulted some players and I wouldve derserved it maybe.

But not in this case. You can just see the bad thing about me, I mean you could ban me, but that guy was still abusing. I haven´t broken the rules after the first map and got muted 3 times.

And instead of believing me just a little bit that this guy doesnt merit admin rights, you just look my faults.

I provocated just a little bit. And he said nearly the same before, just worse and not even true.
SO WHY IS HE ALLOWED TO AND I AM NOT HIGE?! admins > normal players .
And yes he said "be quite else I mute you". BUT WITHOUT ANY GOOD REASON. I just talked normally to him on the second map, can you say anything against that? And i got muted for it. Just because he didn´t want me to be able to write.
I can´t see the logic that you protect him.
Why can´t you just admit that the 3 following mutes on the second map weren´t fair? Can you find one single reason? Hige please answer me, giving 1 example, because I really can´t follow you.

This kind of abuse report won't lead to any punishment as it is about player gags. But i'm willing to talk to the admin in question and give him advice how to handle these situations better.
