Time and date: 10:30pm 1.5.2014

Description: I came on the server first time today and saw that this "Mike Cunt" was there again. So I went and asked if I'm going to be banned for no reason again. Then this Mike Cunt denied banning me for no reason yesterday, so I corrected him and told him he was being immature and that he is abusing his admin rights. After that I asked if he is possibly going to ban me for saying that. No answer. About five minutes later I got banned the second time in two days with no reason by the same person. It's just impossible to play and have fun with a person like that in the same server when you have to be afraid of being slayed or even banned without reasonable explanation.. Please take look into his actions so those other players wont need to suffer from his actions anymore.. Also if you find him guilty as charged, is there a way my ban for the next 24 hours could be cancelled? Thank you in advance and I'll leave it now for your consideration. - Pb

First ban was because of spamducking, bugs can confirm that + I got it on record! second I don't think I need to explain this ban for 1 day. just take a look at his chathistory.

I gagged him at the end and he rejoined everytime and then he even asked for it... And as you can see, I obviously replied to him, not ignoring as he said. I explained every action to him aswell, but that made him even more angry.

Very provocative behavior. erik321 did his best to stop that. The ban is legit. No admin abuse.

You obviously don't know half of what is going on the server when Mike is playing. What is the point of having ability to report about abusive admins if you don't bother looking in the both side of the case. I guess it doesn't matter to you what kind of person the admin is as long as you profit from it. Well done, you now have couple less players on the server.

The obvious things can be checked by looking at the logs to know "what is going on the server". Even when Mike is not playing. Concerning your report erik312's actions were totally legit. Besides that you have been warned not to spamduck before a ban was issued, there is a demo as proof, too. And the reason for your latest ban has nothing to do with erik312 but with your behaviour towards him.

But if you think your side of the story has been ignored feel free to explain it. However, don't expect from us to remove admins without cause.
