Time and date: 12/23/2015

Description: I've never had a problem with an admin on any of these servers, but Zack is especially immature and arrogant when it comes to his admin powers. When people are having a conversation that he is not a part of, he will mute the entire server citing "mic spamming". If you make a jest at your friend and Zack happens to be in the server, he will gag you without warning. I just received a 2 day ban because I informed him he was being overly anal and was clearly just power tripping on his admin status. I understand that there are rules in place for this server and I do my best to respect them and follow them, but when someone like Zack comes along and goes out of his way to try to ban and gag players it takes the fun out of the game. There is a difference between following the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. If I am teasing my friend for being bad at surfing and Zack decides to gag me, what exactly is he accomplishing? He is just looking for problems where there is none.

"mute the entire server citing "mic spamming"" False most of the people on were disrespecting each other, and I did not say mic spam I said "Stop disrespecting each other." I have always gag with an warning, you might not see it in chat due to a lot of people typeing or you was surfing. I banned you because everytime I'm on you come in and attemp to cause a problem for me. I asked you guys to either do it on Teamspeak or on Skype, but as usual no one listens to me till I mute everyone. Theres my half of the story. If I did do wrong then I'm sorry and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas :).

This is how it feels for me. I am probably on this server more than you and never have a problem with anybody. However, as soon as I am on with you all I see is a wall of people being gaged/muted/banned/etc. You aren't helping anybody by being so strict with your admin powers. I understand it probably feels good for you to ban/gag/mute people on a whim, but you need to think about the context of what is being said/done. People who are trolling and teasing their friends, if nobody complains, why is this a problem? If several people are having a conversation and you feel left out and decide to mute them citing "stop disrespecting each other", who is this helping? If we are all friends, nobody feels disrespected. You are just causing unnecessary problems because you feel the need to flex your admin powers at every hint of someone breaking the rules. Again, there is a difference between the "letter" and the "spirit" of the rules. You only follow the letter and don't care to consider the context of what is occurring. You constantly gag and ban people for benign things such as saying in the voice chat "!do want", jokingly three times. You literally gave me a warning and then decided to mute me right afterwards even though I stopped.

Either way, I think it is a conflict of interest to have the very admin I am accusing of abuse appeal his own case. So I hope someone else other than Zackmadness can be of assistance.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but in the rules we got as admins it tells us to stop anyone who trys to ruin the fun for others, and those people who I muted when you joined in were giving two warnings (As I give to everyone else) and they still did it. Sorry for being someone who you do not like. I will take full responsibilities for what I have done and I will wait for my puinshment when someone higher gets on, only hoped you would take some of the responsibilities of your actions and would not just blame me, thank you again and I hope you have an amazing holiday's :D

Absolutely. The other times where I lashed out on you was uncalled for and I took the ban without making a big deal about it. But at this point you are just banning/gagging me every chance you get for the most trivial things that have literally no effect on anyone. The worst thing I said in chat, after you decided to mute the entire server, was "look at this admin power tripping", and then BLAM, two day ban. I'm not sure how admins gauge what behavior warrants what consequences, but two days seem excessive and downright abusive.
 
Well I get a lower tolerance for people who I have to repeatly ban or mute and I just get tired of them... Like and the reason I banned you was for Mass trolling/Admin disrespect it was more heavy on the trolling part, but again I'm sorry and I hope you have a wonderful day/christmas or any holday you celebrate :)
 
great, i don't think i need to further investigate the matter as it's clear what the situation has been last night.
